The rooms are reserved for 12 hours until payment is completed, on a secure Stripe page, by card, MB WAY or Multibanco reference.

Booking terms

Payment and confirmation.

  • When you bookfull payment or a 50% deposit
  • With a deposit, the balancepaid on arrival
  • Ways to paycard, MB WAY, Multibanco
  • Rooms reservedfor 12 hours, until payment
  • Confirmationby email, once payment is received
  • Cancellation——

If payment is not received within 12 hours, the rooms become available again. A Multibanco payment received after that deadline, when no rooms remain available, is refunded in full.
